Refund Policy

 

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us at hola@gldngirl.com.au with your name, order number and order date within 14-days, and our customer services representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

If you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason, we have a 30 DAY MONEY BACK guarantee. Simply email us at hola@gldngirl.com.au with your name, order number and reason for a return/refund and we will give you your money back. You will need need to return your item(s) prior to a refund being issued. You will need to pay all of the shipping fees to return the product to us. If you have purchased a product as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle will need to be returned to us in order for us to issue a refund.

If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund you in the following 2 situations:

  1. If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% restocking fee.
  2. If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order unless you return your products unused to us within 30 days of purchase. You will need to pay all of the shipping fees to return the product(s) to us. If you have purchased a product as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle will need to be returned to us in order for us to issue a refund. Once products have arrived at GLDN Girl HQ we will inspect them, if we are satisfied with their condition a refund will be issued to you. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% restocking fee.
